Sunday 4-4-10

Well finished my fourth week.   I lost 1.2 lbs this week.  Short of my goal but at least I am losing.   Sure am not setting the world on fire but with a bad hip and lack of exercise as much as I would like....at least it is a loss.  I am 2/10th short of 10 lbs.   9.8 total. or 2.45 lbs a week.    The good news is that I lost an inch on my waist and an inch off of my big hips !   Yippee.   Altogether I over all my body I have lost...1 inch off of my neck, 1 inch off of my bicep, 1 inch off of forearm,  2 inches off of my bust; 3inches off of my waist; 2 inches off of my hips; 4 inches off of my thigh an 1/2 inch off of my calf.....for a total of  14 1/2 inches !   I am not sure in what measurement they use to measure Lean Body Mass but when I started my lean body mass was 140.82 ????   And now my Lean Body Mass is 151.01 ??????   So more lean body mass by 10.19 ????   So if that is going up....my fat level is going down !!!!!  YEAH !

  1. Yes, of course we care! Anyway, way to go. I noticed your face is looking slimmer when I saw you the other day. Almost 10 lbs in 4 weeks is awesome! Keep it up. Forget Biggest Loser unrealistic weight loss. This is the better way. It will stay off better. Just eat enough!

  2. who is they? i dont know that you can accurately track your body fat/lean body mass without actually measuring your fat % with each weigh in..such as with calipers. Obviously you are losing fat...you are losing weight. But without some pretty significant weight lifting or steroid use (need to tell us anything!?) you probably haven't gained that in muscle mass...unless I am misinterpreting what you are saying. ONe of the reasons we tell you to eat enough is so that you can build muscle and most importantly not lose it like you do when you are starving your muscles with 700-1000 calories per day...they will shrink away too if you don't feed them. Anyway, nice job on the weight loss keep it up!!!!!
