Friday-yeah

Just a small post.   Did ok yesterday...probably not as good as I should but better than I  use to.
So far my weight as not moved.   No doubt underestimating my calories...something to work on.

Body bugg says I burned 2203 and ate 1479 calories.

Protein was 67 g,  Carbs 211gms, Fat 39 gms...still high....Chos 99 mg, sodium 1888 mg, fiber 21 grams...that is better than it has been, sat. fat 12 grams and calcium 1184 mg.  

Got up this morning and did 30 minutes of exercise.  Have not broken out the new exercise DVD's that I have bought.  Will try them out this next week.
