Busy Week

This has been a busy week as you can see by the lack of posting.   And apparently too busy to pay attention to my eating and my exercising since I lost nothing again this week.   I did not gain so that is a plus  and I lost another 1/2 " off of my thigh and 1/2 " off of my calf.   That is good but not good enough.  I seem to be stuck at the moment of losing 10 lbs.   It is my own fault...I need to really buckle down and get in gear...my body and my mind.  .I had an active day yesterday but can't tell you how active as the Body bugg site is down for maintenance at the moment.

I pledge this next week to try to up my exercise, watch my eating better and to post and see if I can get off this plateau that I seem to have gotten myself into for several weeks.

  1. You can do it! Get honest with your food, in my opinion that is where it is happening....according to what you are burning...2000+ calories a day, that is plenty to lose weight if you are watching your intake. I almost feel like since you are in pain and can't exercise like you want to, you think it is a futile effort. It is not! You can continue to lose just by watching your nutrition...it just may not be quite as fast...but a pound a week is a pound none the less. Keep going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Yes! Absolutely agree with my dear sister. She is smart. Every little bit will help and get you that much closer to your goal. Exercise where you can and be diligent with good nutrition choices. This is something you can do. It's very possible. Hang in there and don't give up!
