Friday

I guess I forgot to post last night.   I felt like I did fairly well yesterday with food.  I ate around 1300 calories.   I had a chicken crepe (for the night before) for breakfast.   My snacks consisted of carrots, celery and green pepper and a half T of Ranch dressing.   Lunch was on the run.   I had 1/2 of a hamburger and 2 potato slices.   Supper was a piece of chicken,  mash potatoes, and green beans.   The part where I did the worse was I had a small slice of cheese cake.   It wasn't as yummy as Melissa's so not sure it was worth the calories.

I did not exercise because of my leg and hip.   Went to PT and she worked on it.  Not as bad this morning but not wonderful either.  I think I will try to at least do the upper body weights this morning so that I am moving some anyway.    I hope the hip thing soon goes away so that I can do more all over exercises.

P.S.  Where on earth on these blogs is the spell check so I can see how my spelling is??????
