1st day

Well, the first day is almost over.   Lots to learn and to do.   Food not too good today.  For breakfast a no no...a muffin.  Got to work on that.  Stacey gave me some valid ideas.   Lunch a spinach chicken braut only 110 calories.   1/4 of a twice baked potato...have no idea on calories there.  And 1/4 cup of corn.   Supper again not too good.....4 chicken wings and 2 pieces of celery.
Need lots of work on the food issue.   Also need to go grocery shopping this week for some good food.

Exercise was exercise.   I shoveled a path all the way out from the front door around the house to the compost pile.   Then I did 15 minutes of a Leslie Samone workout video.  I realize this does not sound like much BUT I do not want to overdue it and then be hurt.  Believe it or not....I was hurting really bad from the video...legs, hips and such plus since I did it soon after eating (within 2 hours) I got bad stomach cramps.  I seem to have that problem.  Any suggestions.  I think even with that little exercise I will be sore.  Actually I am already.  That shows you how very out of shape I am.  Sad.
